1. How much do you feel you know about Climate Change/the Climate Crisis? Zero on the left of the slider below is nothing. 100 is pretty much all I could realistically know as a therapist.

4. In your work with clients/patients, what is your own approach to the issue of Climate Change/the Climate Crisis?

I proactively take opportunities to raise the issue of Climate Change.

I wait for clients/patients to raise it themselves.

I might mention it briefly alongside other current challenges (e.g. cost-of-living, armed conflicts etc).

I do not believe it’s appropriate for me to initiate a discussion of climate change in therapy.

I do not feel EMDR can help address eco-distress / climate anxiety.
