The combination of AI-EMDR with intensives has created surprising results for clients, including loss of PTSD, anxiety and depression diagnosis and also a change in attachment styles from insecure to securely attached.

This style of working therapeutically is like Marmite. It's really a unique preference. An intensive is conducted over a three-month period with follow-ups and the intensive days are 3-7 days depending on presentations and intended goals for treatment.

I am a British Psychotherapist who has lived half her life in Asia and half in the UK. I live here with my family and my hobbies are military style workouts, bike riding and go-kart racing when I can find time. My passion is family and work.
